Emergency Management Institute Announces Change in Baggage/Luggage Stipend Reimbursement under Incidental Travel Expenses
Effective February 3, 2020, Baggage and Luggage fees will no longer be accepted or covered under stipend reimbursement for incidental travel. This change in reimbursement practices is applicable to all students attending the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
